Problem solved. It was an error in the VFD settings as expected.
Corrected with the aid of the VFD manual, and the help of another member with the same machine.

I'm not sure why you think that I didn't get the manual. I got all the manuals needed to run the CNC. I didn't get a document that explains the settings for the VFD because usually it is not needed....
