    Greg_R,

Most forums I've been a member of have a user settings page. Look at Thread Display Options under General Settings.

  5. Re: Searching AWC708C Lite Simple English manual

Thanks Dean. Y motor issues were a current setting on the driver. I dropped them to 2.7A from 3A and are working fine now.

Has anyone that uses the Trocen AWC708C Lite found an easy to understand English manual? I'm referring to a manual simple to understand that explains all the settings in simple terms. Not a Chinese...

  10. Re: Squaring X-Y Axis - Home Sensor adjustment question

Cool, thanks for that. Got it DNO!
  11. Squaring X-Y Axis - Home Sensor adjustment question

Ok. So I dismantled my X and Y v-con rail system to add a bunch more v-con clamps. After I put everything back together, I began the squaring and tramming process as outlined in the CNC Router Parts...

I'm sorry Bruce. I'm not sure why I thought you were looking for the Vcon Pro measurements.

    Re: Truck Spacing

CNCRP has all their 14.1 version drawings in .easm format. Download the free drawing viewer and install it. The viewer has a "measure" tool you can use.
  17. Re: Machining Aluminum. 6061 vs 7075 - Your preference is?

    Warren,

Thanks for the info. I can get between 8K - 24K with the spindle.
  18. Re: Machining Aluminum. 6061 vs 7075 - Your preference is?

    As always, thanks Lee!!
  19. Re: Machining Aluminum. 6061 vs 7075 - Your preference is?

Good. Will a squirt of WD40 every so often be enough to keep things lubricated or will I need a dedicated spray mister?
I do need to build a shield to keep the chips from flying everywhere.
  20. Machining Aluminum. 6061 vs 7075 - Your preference is?

I need to make some indicator mounting panels out of .077" aluminum sheet and machine a "detent plate" from 1/2" stock.

Which material would you prefer to machine with your CNCRP router?
    6061 or...

    Re: CO2 Laser absorbing paint???

Thanks for the observations. So I did use the wrong term by saying "absorbing", when in reality I meant reflective or that it's impervious to the laser beam.

    Re: Auto Part level

How many points can you measure to "level" the part? Will this work for auto-leveling PC boards? Not to concerned about wood..
  25. Re: whats your computer for cnc router parts machine?

No. Right now its mounted on the wall with the VESA 75 adapter that it comes with. Next to my wall-mounted monitor/keyboard stand. So far ok, no issues.
  26. Re: whats your computer for cnc router parts machine?

I don't use mine in a production environment. I bought a cheap Intel NUC. Added a 120GB SSd disk and 8GB RAM. I connect via a STP CAT6 ehternet cable to a SmoothStepper.

  28. Re: CNCRP pro (LATEST) z-axis cable track hack

    Re: spoil board help!

    Everything looked...
