Thanks Dean. Y motor issues were a current setting on the driver. I dropped them to 2.7A from 3A and are working fine now.

Ok. So I dismantled my X and Y v-con rail system to add a bunch more v-con clamps. After I put everything back together, I began the squaring and tramming process as outlined in the CNC Router Parts...

CNCRP has all their 14.1 version drawings in .easm format. Download the free drawing viewer and install it. The viewer has a "measure" tool you can use.

No. Right now its mounted on the wall with the VESA 75 adapter that it comes with. Next to my wall-mounted monitor/keyboard stand. So far ok, no issues.

I don't use mine in a production environment. I bought a cheap Intel NUC. Added a 120GB SSd disk and 8GB RAM. I connect via a STP CAT6 ehternet cable to a SmoothStepper.
