Does both the left and right blow the fuse? Also are there separate brake lights in the rear or do the signals and brake share the same bulbs like most American cars of that era.
If its a shared...
Perhaps rough it by using Z axis moves using the end of the endmill, like boring. A good start might be 0.030" cuts on the X axis. Then a finish cut in the current method using a fresh part of the...
That is not a parallel port, it is a 25 pin serial port. Check out RS232 info on this site for wire connections to a 9 pin serial on a computer.

Save those dinosaur computers.
Attach another monitor that can run that fast and then slow the refresh rate.
An edge finder in the spindle and a block (123) and pin gages will do it.
Hardinge makes Bridgeports now and has a parts catalog on line.
Make sure that tight tolerances are quoted higher. Gathering the inspection instruments needed will often amount to another setup.
The spindle moves down? This could be the cause, that should be checked out since it could be stealing the movement needed to disengage the holder.
John B's double ended is also good because it is balanced. A friend made one out of 1.25" square steel to hold a 3/8" tool bit, worked nice. If not balanced, 100 RPM would probalby your limit
If it is a cad drawing, mirror the nut and it will be left hand. Results in real life will be different.
See if you can change the F feedrate to an E with 5 digits to the right of the decimal point.
Before anodizing, parts have to be cleaned, this is usually referred as etching and will remove material. When anodizing parts with slight burrs, we have asked parts to be heavy etched. So the plater...
Heat will not be the main problem deflection will be, depending on diameter. SFM could be 600 or even more, a 0.005 or more feed rate will work. Any coolant or none will work, but oil will probably...
How about that spindle noise, can the thrust bearing nut be loose. Check spindle end play perhaps.
Find and replace in a text editor may possibly work. Find X, and replace with M0 X.
It makes jobs for unemplyable goverment bureaucrats.

A dxf file is a text file, so is a G code program. I would like more information on how this is done in Excel. Take your time.
Perhaps if machined normally and then redone with a much faster (5x) feed rate. It seems you are looking for a rougher finish. Is this right?
I received wonderful help here regarding electronics and I'm very thankful for that. I have noticed that electronic problems no matter how idiotic are treated respectfully, but in the mechanical area...
A #0 combined drill and countersink (center drill) might work.
Is this an external thread?
You might consider a left hand tool and thread away from the spindle with a lower RPM.
Find out the difference between drills, end mills, and router bits. End mills and router bits are needed.
Take a good look at the aligning pin. Also dykem or high spot blue will usually help identify the problem area.
There are ways to lock programs and other important items in the control to prevent incompetents screwing things up. There are parameter settings to control the extent of these various safe guards.
