Alright, all the balls in........16 per track.
Although the first 2 tracks have maybe half a ball space - not enough to wedge another ball in, the last track has enough room for 1 more ball though...

So I got them all in.........It doesn't move freely on its own and it feels very rough like they are grabbing at certain spots.

I also hear the balls rattling when I shake it, Am I missing some...

I went for 16mm on my RF45 conversion, I suspect there will be no whip as the max length I have is 38inches.

Well I am quite convinced.
A. These are not the best ball nuts to start with.
B. I am no magician and thus I can't tell from the sellers half Chinglish in terms of having the special lead...

15mgtar, they state its zerobacklash, But unless its over sized balls I would say forget it.
I would just buy 2 ballnuts per axis and make your own preloaded nuts.

That is what I plan to do.
