Slow down the engraving. The stepper motor is having issues with the stoping the laser head.

I always run mine at 75% and above. I increase speed not decrease power.

I own 3 of these machines for that reason. I only get 9 months of use before I change the power supply and tube. I always replace both at the same time. This has extended the life of mine.

You can try to export as a .dxf and then try to import. Make your lines black and your fill clear on illustrator.

You need to realign the laser mirrors. Once allied you should have consent cuts in all four corners. This is a pain to do but worth it.

Can you try on all four corners of your machine?

Can you adjust your laser head or table hight? I cut 9 small circles at different speeds and table hight until I get a clean cut. Just adjust after each circle.

Try to run it at speed 50 and then adjust power for cut depth. Make sure you are using black and white jpg.

The tube should be a light pink. Test at 99%.

Your mirrors might not be aligned or dirty. Put a small peace of plywood in front of the tube and press the fire button. Next test after the first mirror and so on. Use the included orange plastic...
You need to tighten the belt. Should be a screw on the right side of rail. The slack in the belt will not allow the head to stop and start correctly or the wrong place.
