on my 145 after you hit cycle def and insert info you have to call the cycle. or it will do exactly what your describing. maybe yours is the same. my 2 cents Dar

with a bp you can adjust the head both ways. but i have a bp2 so if i have that problem i have to shim tha head BIG JOB. you are going to have to do the same good luck

you could also hang an extra trolly with threaded shaft hanging down. then tap a hole in plate welded to pipe. slide trolly where you want it and screw pipe down to extend to floor for extra support....

i went to heidenhain site but wasn,t able to find it. i was hopping we were just pushing the wrong buttons to make it transfer.
