No it's a solid piece of aluminium, the gasket stops the vacuum leaking around the outside of the bed, fast and easy to put down, it works great.

I have a build thread on here where I have used DMM-Tech servos and on a new build.

The servos and drivers spin the servos up to 3000rom and will give me around 56000mm/min with the pinion...

Just testing the servos, mechanical stuff is finished and starting to tune and test the DMM servos. I will post some information on this and videos of the machine operating soon.

Used a 3.5mm jack and spiral cable for the touch plate. This will be stored on the gantry so wherever the machine is the touch plate will be too.
