there is a way to just change the datum in the operations manager
and have a new XYZ0..
u create a new construction view at the location you want the new ZERO to be at and repost using...

Solidworks will directly open a Pro/E file
i would try it for you if you wish to post one
if you know someone you trust with it
you can have that person open the files for you.

this is probably kinda what you want im guessing
i would try to "coin" the radius in the bottom
to set the material to try to avoid springback
