Re: excessive servo lag in an axes

Servo Lag is normally caused by a high load, on the Axis this could be Ballscrew, thrust Bearings, or slide ways / Rails are bad or worn.

That should be enough oil if it is getting to where it...
  2. Re: EMCO 120/Emco Control - Loading Program from Windows Based (like Cimco, etc)

You don't need the % at the top or bottom of these Emco programs, the correct program number is to use O0001 or any number you want, that is the letter O then your number.

    9600 is the normal Baud...

Re: losing steps between layers on 1 axis

This cable works well for that 2.2Kw spindle IGUS CF6-15-04
  5. Re: Help me pls.CNC- G-code, where's the problem?

Why add more confusion, G49 and G44 is never needed, and especially with controls like what are being used, The M30 at the end of a program cancels any redundant offsets :)

    Re: Help needed with wiring.

This will depend on your Breakout Board, you will have an AVI & ACM (Analog 0-10v speed control) and FWD & DCM, (is just a switch / Relay between the FWD / DCM for On / Off), with some VFD Drives...
  7. Re: Xinje servo motor home position reset issue

The programing is what controls how the Reset works so if you want it the same you would have to change it in the PLC or move the positioning of the motor spindle so that it does not have to do that...

Re: DIY CNC Stutter - Intermittent Issue

Yes, the USB cable if unshielded can be a problem if too long, shorter the better.

This type shielded and with ferrite cores is good for helping
  9. Re: Help me pls.CNC- G-code, where's the problem?

Good luck with that you need to show him what to do, they already have a snubber-built in.:)
  10. Re: Xinje servo motor home position reset issue

It's just using the Z-Pulse / index Pulse, which is one Pulse per revolution of the encoder, so wherever it is, and you do a Reset it will move to the Z-Pulse / index Pulse position.

    Homing is...
  11. Re: Help me pls.CNC- G-code, where's the problem?

So, the Dremel killed your control because of EMI noise, Dremel's create a lot if electrical interference, not sure how you could get around that with a Dremel as it does not have an electrical...

Re: losing steps between layers on 1 axis

You have to add a Ground Bus or a Single point Grounding Stud in the cabinet, this would be attached to the cabinet, (Remove the Paint wherever you mount anything) all Grounds need to be connected at...
  13. Re: Help me pls.CNC- G-code, where's the problem?

With the control and software, he is using it is very basic to make a change to suit what the G-Code format needs to be for his control.
  14. Re: Help me pls.CNC- G-code, where's the problem?

    You are getting there.:)
  15. Re: Help me pls.CNC- G-code, where's the problem?

Well then you should know you don't use a G00 with a G28 a G28 is already a rapid move all by itself it is used in more than one different way. this is just 2 examples of how it should be used

    You...
  16. Re: Help me pls.CNC- G-code, where's the problem?

Your glasses must be fogged up, the first Z move is up not down, no matter how you look at it. :)

He set his tool to the top of the work, so no chance of this happening. :)

    It's as...
  17. Re: Help me pls.CNC- G-code, where's the problem?

Most international standards Use the G statement in every line, commercial and Hobby controls, it's just a thing they do, UCCNC used to be like this, another one Eding CNC also.

    It's not really a...

Re: Basic Wiring Questions for VFD

I was just going to reply to have you check the pulley settings, yes that should be 0 and 18000 ratio 1. some have changed this ratio also to change the voltage output

    The voltage coming from the...
  19. Re: Help me pls.CNC- G-code, where's the problem?

This is a bad way to program and worse than what he had done :)
  20. Re: Help me pls.CNC- G-code, where's the problem?

Some controls require the G statement, even though they are Modal.
  21. Re: Help me pls.CNC- G-code, where's the problem?

No do not use a G91 anywhere Just use your program Using a G91 will mess things up.

So, Home your Machine, move X & Y axes to where you want to start the work piece, look in your work off set page...
  22. Re: Help me pls.CNC- G-code, where's the problem?

He had homed, the machine and then touched off his tool, depending on what control / software he is using he does not need a G54
  23. Re: Help me pls.CNC- G-code, where's the problem?

Read the code a G21 is metric
  24. Re: Help me pls.CNC- G-code, where's the problem?

The Z axis is only moving G21 G0 20.320, understand what the code is doing :) if his Z axis only has 20.320 of travel it would not be any use for anything

Re: Basic Wiring Questions for VFD

The step Pulse / Dir Pulse is directly proportional to the output voltage, so you may have to change these numbers to get the output voltage you need

Have you set the pulley ratio?

Re: Basic Wiring Questions for VFD

If you are using Step/Dir, the PWM number is not used so your 600 is not doing anything

It is strange that the PWM is not working

You can disable Relays also as that is not used, in motor...

Correct the other one will work but not quite as good RSEN-2030L

Sorry not sure how I missed that
  28. Re: Help me pls.CNC- G-code, where's the problem?

You should never need to use a G91, using this could cause a crash, you have a G90 in your program

G0Z20.320 will move the Z axis up, all down movement for the Tool need to be a Negative move Z-,...
  29. Re: Rapid Move Would Exceed Machine Position Limits in Z+
