    sorry for the multiple replys, I don't know how to attach more than one pic at a time. We glued uhmw down to our water pan using the flex seal glue(7 day cure stuff). Seems to work 424408

    I was running 7,000 rpm, 1/8 burr cutter from amana, 4-5 inches/min, about a 1/4 inch of water over part, .125 thick cf/one pass cut. Sample was drawn as 3" x 6", end result was 3.012 x 6.015.424406
