We can do it easily.
2x myCNC controllers, 2x instances of myCNC control software for each controller.
myCNC software has Server API through TCP Sockets.
You can run your script to control...
We have Server API in our CNC control software.
You can connect through TCP-IP to CNC controller and get everything you need - Get/Set position, offsets, upload/download/run/stop G-code, run PLC...
We prefer Linux, but our system works under Windows 10 as well.
We have built-in THC, shapes library, cutcharts, rotation, shapes multiplication, reverse running and much other stuff useful for...
Please include myCNC controllers in your list.
Our CNC control software works with our CNC motion control boards ONLY.
There is no way to get working control board without CNC control software. The software can't control machine without control...
We produce CNC controls and software.
Controllers are 6 and 8 axes, open and closed loop, all have built-in PLC.
The software can work under PC (Linux and Windows) and Raspberry-like single board...
LinuxCNC is open source - LinuxCNC
I'd like to introduce our new CNC control kit base on
myCNC-ET6 control board (6 axes motion control, 3MHz pulse-dir, 8 inputs 2 relays, 2 open collector, 3 PWM outputs), singe board computer, 15"...
No, myCNC boards work with myCNC software. However third-party software can have access to the system over Network API provided.
If you use electronic gears, then 100KHz is not "too low", but "too rough". Full speed is not a problem, but you may loose smooth motion and precision.
We develop myCNC controls. It does support touch screen. Pulse-Dir frequency is 3MHz for simultaneous 4-6 axes interpolation. Price starts from $500 (for 4 axes pulse-dir, 3MHz).
We have analogue...
Resolver decoder is quite complicated unit. I suppose it won't be easy/cheap to find right control board.
Are you sure it's resolver, not encoder ?
Ethernet controller ET3 is more expensive, than ESS,
but you can save some money by running myCNC software on Raspberry Pi or Cubieboard2.
myCNC -
software is free, require new hardware (Ethernet controller), will work with XHC
I used, but switched to Cubieboard2 due to more powerful CPU.
Hello,
I'm trying to run Panasonic servo pack in velocity mode.
Driver is MCDDT3120003
1. +24V DC connected to COM+(7), COM-(41)
2. CW,CCW over-travel are shorted to COM-
3. Pr 02=1 ...
There are Ethernet CNC controllers with CNC control software (for Linux,Embedded Linux(Raspberry Pi), Windows,Mac)-
ET1
ET3
ET5
We added true 5 axes visualization to myCNC control software.

We have our CNC controls with integrated THC, IHC and many other features you might be interested in.
You can find more information on our website. I wll be glad to answer any question here as well.
Raspberry Pi (Linux Embedded) port of myCNC control software is under developing.
We've got preliminary version of myCNC working under Raspberry Pi (ARM based credit sized computer).
On photos -...
Hello all,
I need to set speed (feed rate) for rotational axes in G-code program.
-Does 'F' setting work for A, B, C axes?
-What dimension is usually used for rotational axes speed - degree/s;...
Yes, it's done this way.
But comp move is calculated not only along linear moves, but along arcs as well.
We have "look ahead" of course.
Thanks for the answers.
Actually the method #1 was demanded by peoples from sheet cutting industry (plasma, gas cutting etc). They like when lead-in/lead-out lines have the same angle after TRC. The...
I have to explain. We've developed CNC control software. The question was regarding possible implementation of Tool Radius Compensation in the software, not NC-code program you may see on the right...
Hello all,
I have 2 possible Tool radius compensation implementations in my software.
Could anyone tell which one is better and why (red line is original path).
Thanks.
Hi,
you may try myCNC-ETx control board. Positioning and Jog commands are available through RS485-Modbus interface for third-party software.
It's possible to use myCNC control software as front-end...
LinuxCNC is very good, but probably you could have a look at myCNC software and myCNC Ethernet or USB controllers?
The software is available for Linux, Mac(beta-testing) and Windows, so you may...
Please look at myCNC-ET1 or myCNC-UP3 boards.
But it's not for Mach/EMC
try myCNC software. It's free. Graphic visualization and simulation is available.
See attached screenshot
yes, no problem.
myCNC controls have PULSE-DIR outputs and compatible with any stepper/servo drivers, that accept this signals.
Pulse width is flexibly configured.
