Hi On the subject I have a mazak qt25 with the same control and i replaced the batteries and loaded the parameters and they start coming up with ** instead of numbers, also i have a parameter error...

thanks for your help! after sniffing around, i discovered that the cover was off of the gear box on the live tooling feature of the turret, and coolant got in and the drive shaft was completely...

Thank You, It turned out that the live tooling drive shaft was frozen and was causing the alarm!
