use a wiper insert and turn at 3000rpm with a federate of .002" per rev or if that's no good try a precitool or applitec grooving insert that will rub as it cuts as well

cracked it just wrote a subroutine starting with G112 and ending G113 and repeated it 6 times worked a treat ,now all I need to do is get TNR working

check your cancelling all ofsets in Z axis ,I had it once where it kept adding a small ofset on one tool that wasnt canceled and then eventually overtravelled

I love the times they quote ,it does come off in that time on the demo normally, but doesnt last in the real World its always way slower
