  1. Re: Need tech help interfacing 6047 amps to 0MA control

Check Parameter 37 bits 0-3 0=1st axis, etc. This tells the machine if there is a separate pulse coder that detects movement. WARNING: Disconnecting this may cause the axis to not move as expected....
  2. Re: Kel-Vista UR 175/1000 - "INV. LOW VOLT DC LINK"

If this happens at power on, it could be the unit with the "5" on the LED.(That unit is a servo amplifier.) Could be an issue with the servo amplifier of the power supply module next to it.

Re: FANUC SERIES O-T not ready

F148.6 "SA" is the servo ready bit from the control to the PMC. Your servo's are not ready. The machine could be in Emergency Stop, or an axis could be on a hard limit switch, or there could be a...
  4. Re: Fanuc servo drive mystery battery location

Have you recently had service on the machine? or did it lose memory? If the machine is older (90's) it might not have batteries. Compare parameter 1815. If bit 5 is OFF on the good machine, then you...

FANUC LH1 is not a valid control type. what year what the machine/control made?
  7. Re: Fanuc 15M limiting number of files in directory

it is an option parameter. if you have the original data sheets or parameter list, it can be reinstalled by FANUC. you can most likely find the option bit by searching online. No one will post it on...

    Re: need help

Check your servos. Your 3rd axis servo has multiple alarms. Overload(overheat), Low Voltage, High Current. Most likely the servo PCB on that drive is damaged.

    Re: 1000 sequence alarm

A bits are alarm bits on PMC side. If any are on, then trace in ladder to find why it is on. Or consult MTB. I believe alarms in the 1000 range are MTB alarms, not FANUC alarms.

stupid question: are all doors closed properly?
How about G8.0=1? This is interlock signal. Trace in ladder and find cause if it's a 0.

Check FEEDHOLD.G8.5. It should be a 1. IF G8.5=0, check ladder to find out why
  13. Re: 96 Harrison Alpha 400 Spindle Fault detected!!!

Flashing 9 on spindle? What kind of spindle amplifier is it? (Alpha, Analog, Digital) Which FANUC control is on the machine?
  14. Re: Alarm 414 Servo Alarm : Y axis detect error

That normally indicates a bad servo module on the main PCB.
  15. Re: fanuc 31i b alarm sv0417 ill dig servo parameters x, y, z

Parameter 1815 bit 1 tells the control your axes have scales. That needs to be on for the axes with scales, or the control will not move properly.

Re: 915 SRAM PARITY - SISTEM ALARM

That's not a configuration issue. That's a corrupt memory issue. While swapping, your good control's memory has been corrupted. Most likely by being disconnected from the battery for extended period....

either display hardware issue.. or corrupt memory. If you have parameters backed up, you can try to clear memory to see if the screen fixes itself.

The encoders are the APC... 6Vdc? Unless each drive had a battery, these are most likely on the door.

There is a switch, and if it comes off, it will lose that LED.

A0? Are you sure this is on the Power Supply? Or is it on the Spindle Amplifier?

If this is on the Spindle Amplifier, the software has gotten corrupt and needs reprogrammed.

  29. Re: FANUC 18M not booting up CPU won´t start. Black screen

That is a machine side alarm. Check for an A address on in the ladder, then trace it back to the cause. If you have a manual for this machine, it should tell you what 1002 means.

Re: Fanuc Retrofit - Read ladder logic?

Unless you have a hard copy, or a special device that only the MTB has. You won't be able to read the ladder. The ladder is either on the ROM board or PC board.
