I to buggered my pin. All I did was goto tool change and look up there and with a needle nose pull the pin out. Hope this helps you out.

I use T-1 for my standard T-2 is my smallest tool like 1/16 and I go from there working my way to the biggest and longest.

It is kind of like that I just set my cycle to do it 3 or 4 times. (like tap all of the holes and do it deeper next 2 or 3 times) that way I have time blow the holes clean.

I Tap alot of 8/32 holes 3/4 deep and do it in 3 or 4 steps. For blind holes I do that to but hold the last step short and hand tap them if need be.

I do run 3-5 minute warm up just because I do it with the Hass machine. Just my 3 cents. I do the x-y and z to slow to fast about a feed of 60 and back down to feed of 5.

OK I did call Tormach and talked to a support tech. and explained the problem and he told me to check some thing. He would ask around and call me back. I thought ok I will not hear back. Well a hour...
I would like to take the time to thank everyone who tried to help me. Problem solved. I had to down load a software up date and that solved the problem.

The spindle will not start I have to start it manually. You are right about the belt placement. I can run a program but I have to start the spindle manually. Before I hit cycle start.

Today my PCNC1100 started to slow down and speed up maybe 300 to 500 rpms. So I thought I would check the VDR and it showed 56.5. I then check the manual and it said it should be at 137.0 at 500rpms....
Looking for a easer to use cad-cam software. Have Albire Pro and Spurt CAM now. It is a pain to use. So now my question is what do you guys use 2.5 D mainly?
