    Did you lose the Bios settings for RT-board, Sol? And are you capable of flashing it yourself?
    If so you need to identify the rt-board id-number.

    I found a faulty thyristor diode inside the psu. It shorted from one AC phase to DC+ bridge. When i replaced it, the machine powers up.

    The controller is now booting without error or faults. The red light on the DV5 controller is gone :)
