Since i have the new router i've retired the JGRO.
I canabalized it of all the electronics, Motors, and such.
The Machine is still in tact with the pipes installed and...

OK so I've had the JGRO for about a year now and every time i want to do something i wish i had more work area. My plan was to get the experience building the JGRO and then use it to cut a JOE anyway...

Has anyone had trouble getting the Lovejoy couples to line up?
I've got everything straight as far as motor mounting to lead screw alignment but the problem seems to be when i tighten the setscrew...

Yea the resistor is installed and there are about 6 or 8 layers of electricians tape over the top of the capacitor as per advice from the hobbycnc construction documents.

All voltage bleeds off...
