    I don't think that there are many diferent pinouts on chinese PCI controller cards.

    CO2 laserr tubes are declared on true laser power OUTPUT.

    I found it in some chinese documentation, it is the same for any PCI card controller that was used on their laser machines.

    I've modified one 6090, 16 years ols laser by placing STM32 based microcontroller running ported GRBL firmware with sucess at friends machine.

    Try Mach2/3 ... ATC post processor.
    If needed be, you can easily modify post processor, it is a plain ASCII text an are not so terrible as mactec54 wrote :)

    If you have wrong polarity of Step/Dir signals you can and will miss steps, it bite me many years ago when I was greenhorn :)

    Could be polarity of Step and Dir signals. If you have it wrong, that is what is happening.

    On that type of laser machines, Y axis can not travel as fast as X axis.
    It's too heavy.

    Avoid chinese Mach3 controller boards.
    For a ready to run option, your choice would be RichAuto controller, but if you prefer to do spaghetti works woth wiring, obtain some EU / US made controllers...

    Home is always at your home switches. That is machine zero position. You should ALWAYS home your machine after power on, and after each emergency stop.
    Offsets, that is another pair of socks :)...

    BTW limit/home switches have ho connection with screen set. They are related to Mach and its functionality.
