I think it is the Micon 8 Model II (SQM8). it only has 1 switch on the CPU Board(WRSW).

I am glad to say i can now repair most of the problems on these Mitsubishi MDSASPJA75RT drives

IF YOUR IGBT IS SHORTED , YOU NEED TO REPLACE THEM.
DO YOU HAVE ALPHA SERIES SPINDLE DRIVE?

THE OLDER AC SPINDLE DRIVE HAD FUSES THAT BLOWS WHEN THE IGBT BLOWS.
THESE USELESS FUSES PROTECTS...

No. IGBT separate and bolt on to base board with circuit.369784369786

IGBT got pins that connect to base board.

Will remove IGBT and see status. Will keep u posted

This is a small Spindle and does not have the high and low circuit winding.
The motor connects direct to the servo drive.
Get the alarm while booting up before the system is...

when parameters was restored, did you also reload the Diagnostics?

That fault normally indicate that the main board did not ""Boot"" up.
The only way to rectify is to replace the main board
