Yes, both the front and back are bent down 90' to fit behind the accordion cover. You could try a thicker sheet.

Yes, it will be a huge improvement over Mach3. It already is. The pendant works way better, the trajectory planner is way more efficient. It is just better build IMO.

Exactly why it took me 2 hours to figure it out. There was just enough friction that the tool didn't fall out.
