    Contact your Okuma dealer, they should be able to send you a copy of the PDF of the alarm book.

    You dont specify the code of each alarm... but W07 alludes to trying to start the spindle too soon...

    I have done that, and do when its absolutely critical, but it is so mind numbing... all day standing there babysitting the machine when I could be running others or doing just about anything else.
