I believe you are missing the CNC control unit (Cortini CNC 2437), without it you will need something...

Some silicone sealants have a nasty way with coolants and machines.
Make sure to fix you leaking enclosures with sensor-safe silicones.

Generally if you change Tools in MDI you don't need to G28 the Z as 'M6' calls a Macro which should already contain the Z-Axis Ref-Return.

The AC Servo driver is a Daewoo Pro-Motion model dasd ct15spxb 02.
It is mounted in the power cabinet on the right side wall.
This unit drives the servo motor for the tool mag (chain)....

I have here a FANUC 16iM running a Daewoo 630 horizontal.
I need to make a back-face with a tool that requires the spindle to be oriented and fed through the pilot hole.... but it wont....

An aluminum tooling plate may be an option as you would drill constantly in solid material.
That can cause problems on larger sheets which can only be clamped around the edges as it may bulge up...

Gildemeister is now the 'G' in DMG batched turning centres, together with Deckel and MAHO.

Ravensburg lathes are usually 4' swing and up!
