I would suggest that you start the design process the right way. Work out the loads and then select the correct thread, in size, depth of engagement, number of engaged threads and material properties...

Picked up a TCL160 from a tech school, cheap, with the software, but no License Key !
Don't want to throw the contoller card, but again stuck for the format and set up of the serial...
