cycle is depend on your machine's capability. if your machine have that cycle as per your mentioned, SolidCAM drill cycle is possible to do it.

tool 100-199 for operation 2
tool 200-299 for operation 3

open your .prp file, change:
gpp_file_ext = hop
restart solidcam, then it will start to post with .hop file.
