problem finally fixed on 8/12/2011
it was fixed this morning but still from begining to end took 16 days not good but aleast the machine is now...

a quick update the engineer came on mon 28th new parts were ordered they came tue 29th but as yet 3rd dec no one has come to fit them

we can fix most things ourselfs but whilst the machine is still under warrenty then i say make them fix it.
