hmm this was my original concepts

do you think for a 60 x 60 inch machine this frame work will be to weak
maybe change sides to 3060

they are currently 1545 with 1530 cross members...

NO one knows if a 2005 or 2010 ball screw will whip at 60inchs on a rigid machnine 2500 max rpm?

yes, going for lower rpm higher torque ones....
