I had to replace the controller on mine. I got the best price from Shenhui. I just contacted them through their Facebook page. The 350 is my first laser but I am very happy with it.

Corel Draw Home and Student edition does not allow macros so you cannot use it for the laser plug-in (at least for X6). Didn't find that out until after purchase unfortunately.
