    I am running Fusion 360, UGS, GRBL(on an original Arduino UNO R3). I have POSTed many tool paths since building my machine and have never encountered this error.

    At the moment I am thinking I had 2 issues. An excessive acceleration parm and issues with the Y and Z axis skate bearing set up. They seem very intolerant of dust accumulation.

    z is a 1/2 10 5 start lead screw that is driven directly.
    x and y axis are 3-1 belt reduction
    16 tooth pulley on the motor to a 48 tooth pulley and that drives another 16 tooth pulley that drives...

    arduino grount to chassis ground??

    When setting up a CNC using Arduino UNO do I need to connect one of the grounds on the Arduino board to the chassis ground? The same one that comes from the wall?
