Re: FluidFilm for ballscrews rust removal

    Thanks for the fine suggestions!
I haven't done the dismantling of a ball screw before. I guess there's always a first time.
I just hope I can put it back together once I get it all opened up....

    Re: Spindle speed 7000rpm ok?

Somehow the dust seems to be embedded into the PCB, I tried cleaning with a soft brush but the dust isn't coming off. Probably will need some water to get it off?

    Re: Autoleveler not working

    Thanks for the updates,
So the problem is that Autoleveler might generates some spikes or valleys in the final g-code. And this would be visible in the 3D view of Autoleveler, correct?
    Secondly I ...

    Re: Autoleveler not working

Okay, but isn't M40 a Mach3 specific command, I mean as soon as M40 is encountered in the gcode Mach has to write the values of X, Y, Z to disk.

  30. Re: How to perform motor turing for a rotary axis?

Yes indeed that was a typo. I mean the 75T is correct.
    so the ratio is 75/16 = 4.6875
And then the steps per rev for the chuck pulley would be 7500.
So how do I accurately step the A axis by 7500...
