The drawing has an arrangement of .25" holes.
The tutorial says that a pattern would automatically be generated.

Hello, I am running a 40w replacement bulb (brand new)and was told not power it past 17-18 mA.
Everything I read suggests I should be able to cut 3mm Acrylic in one pass at a fair amount of speed...

thank you for replying. Unfortunately that is not the issue.
It is strange, because the exterior cuts are over by .040
and the interior cuts are under by .025. I calibrated the motors over a span...
