the parameter 60.2 is enabled for ladder display i checked and yes 60.2 is 1

i have problem in my machine in tool change and i need to disable tool change from parameter

any one can help.
am trying to remove motor of magazine and it is not running may broken from 4 years , and the machine was working normally .

now i need to change parameter or diable tool...

i need the param to put tool in magazine and tool in spindle Fanuc Omc , cincinnati milacron sabre 1000
