what cad software did you use for this? IT looks amazing. We have a K2 machine here and use vectric software. The 3D lettering looks great.

plexiglass lettering is a great money spinner. we do it here www.southlondonsigns.com on our K2 machine and get great results and feedback.

Polycarbonate or aluminium composite should work.
That composite is great stuff. lightweight and very user friendly. we use it all the time now.

Nice looking piece of kit there!
