You need to invest in vibratory finishing, yes steel media although very expensive, will create a nice shine...

Well I still have not ran the peice on the machine. Tomorrow I receive the new waterjet from Mitsubishi. Not sure which one yet.

:rainfro: I am now working in Elk Grove, IL on a Z.Bavelloni 320-4. I have not really used the machine to produce my first peice - just learning still.
Optim pack? Could you elaborate a little bit more on what it is? Is this an upgrade for EasyCAD? We here are still using the original software that came with the Z.Bav a few year ago.

We have been using an EGAR 320-4 and have an experienced guy running it but I am the new guy trying to learn how to operate the CNC.
