Keep V24, I still use mine for 4th axis wrap.

I use an app called iEngineer all of the time. It is great for sizing holes for fasteners. Drill charts, head clearance, all kinds of cool info needed when programming in Bobcad

Are you using Mach3 ?

This could be a setup issue with the controller and not BobCad.
Mach3 has a constant velocity setting that slows down the servo motors in arc moves.

It will make you go blind. :stickpoke

I guess I would have to slow the overall feed rate down until I could machine an arc without coloring outside the lines. That would suck.

I don't use it. I have mach3 running in Constant Velocity mode.

It's not an easy answer. It's like asking how long it would take to learn a foreign language. Some will pick it up quick and others will struggle.

This resets the scaling in Mach3, no need for the S1300. It should hsve been placed with line N04.

Line N04 G96 , this is constant surface speed and should be followed by a S100 or what ever surface...
