    Thanks took me a minute to figure out.
    Threads per inch / 2 then the pitch of that thread / 2 + start.

    This is just something I'm messing with myself no real design going off.

    Multi Start threads

    Is it possible to do multi start threads on this machine?

    I use fusion 360 and not having much luck and wanted to make sure its even possible.

    Update.
    Dannirr that is exactly what I needed, I was updating tool 8's tool table every time instead of updating just the DRO and that was jacking it all up.

    I think that's what I needed, I was updating the T8 tool table not just the Work offset every time I restarted the machine.

    Hopefully this has fixed the issue will report back...

    Thanks, that is actually the video I learned from and the X works exactly as described. He doesn't go into the Z much and that's the only problem I have.

    I guess I'm doing the Z wrong somehow....

    Yes I ran into this as well, definitely spindle speed issue try using G00 on the retract instead of G01.

    Also check if you have C5 collet selected under Settings if you have the Chuck selected...

    Fixed it, loose wire somewhere pulled 540 out and unplugged everything and tightened everything back up and seems ok now
