    Re: Hypertherm HPR260XD Cooling problem!

We had exactly the same thing happen with our HPR130XD recently, we cleands the head as best we could and then replaced all the consumables in it and luckily that fixed the problem.

  8. Re: Are these original hypertherm spare partes?

Hypertherm changed the containers for their consumables from a hard "white" type to the thin transparent type like you have in your pictures about a year ago.

Re: Powermax 1650 with T100m torch

Does this happen with both saved files and flexishapes?
What is the status message on the bottom of the control console screen, does it say "waiting for arc on" or something else?

Re: Need help with rough cut

Have you changed the swirl ring as we had similar problems with our Powermax 105 a few years ago.
  13. Re: MAX100 cut quality / nozzle build up problem

I have never tried cutting Titanium with plasma but from my experience of welding it you HAVE to prevent it from coming into contact with the atmosphere when at an elevated temperature. If it...
  15. Re: Need ideas for PM65 consumable/moisture issues

Glad you are up & running again.
When I put our HPR 130XD in I opted for a small Compair refrigerant drier like Plasmamatt which cost about £800.00
In addition I also fitted a good pre & post...

Is it possible that the desiccant needs replacing?
I do not have one but would have thought that it must have a finite life.
