Just FYI, have been using a different program for clipart, bitmap tracing and its awesome. I was using VCarve Pro for my tracings but find this even nicer...

Have you converted this to a vector file? Did a bitmap tracing? It seems like it is only seeing the outline (cutting) or outline (scanning). Looks to be scanning as there is depth.

Can you post a pic of "LaserSoft" a screen shot? I wonder if its RDWorks? If so look up RD Works Learning Lab on YouTube.
