    yes, logic come on when I power up cabinet, e stop does not engage until oak board runs thru startup sequence. DMM thinks initial amp requirement is too large to put contactors in and have drives...

    yes, I have a line reactor, drive rated two stage EMI line filters and snubers on my e-stop contacts. and my voltage is only 228 line to line 114 line to ground.
