Hi Guys we just had the NCGCAM/Thermwood rep in Australia come up with a walkaround to an ongoing accuracy issue, i recon its a cheat and the problem hasnt really been fixed but ill ask the question...

we had drama with a switching powersupply on a doughty drive it would miss steps if we ran full simultaneus too fast, either slow it down or make some upgrades to a toridial style power suppy

ive heard the yum-chi cncs need ALL the wiring replaced from the old threads i remember the wires are stiff and have a tendency to short out.

sounds like its the feeds and speeds in the CAM program? if it manually moves normal in mach3 then you load a gcode its using the speeds from the cam
