I don’t know ShopMill but with ShopTurn you can generally limit the rapid traverse in the program like this:

-select upper program row
-press yellow Input key
-write OVRRAP=30 (the 30...

To avoid that the machine stops in all 4 corners, you have to multiply the 200 with 1.414 and then use this as an outer diameter. wink.gif
