I am glad to inform you that I am going to offer a limited stock of aluminium alloy 60mm cover kits in a few weeks from now. Don't want to be too short on my QTY estimation, so...
BT30 (and I think ISO30 as well) can take maximum 16mm. But there are special collets available that would take 18mm as well - not cheap as they are not standard.

The collets used by the F1 are ER25. The holders are #30 taper, so a BT30 or CAT30 or ISO30 would fit.
