As Underthetire said is the way to go. I would also be running spindle in both directions forward 100 for 10 minutes then stop for 5, backwards for 10 and then stop for 5.

A,B,C 1,2,3 U,V,W. All the same just swap ANY two output wires on your VFD to the motor. This will reverse the rotation.
