Its a brother tc225 with retrofitted control.Had it for 6months, always been like this in my possession.
Servos on all axis, 1kw and 1.2kw.

It happens on Y axis climb mill, not on conventional....

6, 8, 10, 12, 16mm. They all chatter if I slot mill 3mm deep or take like 10mm deep in steel with 2mm woc.

Only in X direction climb mill.

Did you fix this ? Got same in my linear rail brother cnc.

Hi some years later... my screen looks the same but in color. Any suggestions ? It varies between severe grsphic gailure to a black / red screen with what looks like an ettoe code.

My machine did the exact same when I had too much backlash compensation on, but sure it can be that the roughing is too near final diameter.

I got a BF30 and I've burned two motors on that one. Both of them burned all plastics inside. Now I use a 1.5kw VFD controlled motor which is much bigger. I disconnected the gear box too.

Looks like backlash caused marks or equivalent ?
