i have looked at alot of threads over several years,and racking seems to be a problem on single lead screw machines. has any one built a machine with a single lead screw that does not have racking...

well i asked yesterday for the speeds /feeds that were used in cutting out the carbonfiber chassis for the radio controlled car,but the fella that got the frame (also works where i do) had no clue...

a guy where i work has cut some carbon fiber for some R.C. cars, but alass by the time i find out what speed /feed he used, you will have already had good or bad results :D
