yes you are correct
there is no way to adjust the rapid feed rate
it is linked to feed rate
Bobcad are aware of this
suggested they put a rapid feed rate check box in the high...

In Delcam they use what is called a pcurve which you can manipulate
Same for Bobcad you can use different points to manipulate the line or curve...
