We are unable to use our machine due to the Z55 error. One option says to replace DIO card, but I'm a newbie here and don't know what card that is.

2012 VF8 USB Drive
We have a 2012 Haas VF8 machine that will not show files that are on a flash drive. We have tried a couple of different sizes and brands and they're FAT32 formatted as well. Are we missing something...
