You are right for 100%. Nobody 200km around here can restore that old (1979) motor controller without circuit. Even somebody will do it then connection to Mach3 will...

Maybe off topic but it is related to servo drive.

The question is about high amp drivers. Is it possible to change parts to higher ratings or use IRF's in parallel to get for example 200V 60-100A?...

Yes that right! I can buy one commercial(used) here for $2500 and rated for 66kW. But that is like minivan :-) Actually I need only max 10kW to heat a tool.....
