For the feed as you have been (G95) servo feed but you can control with constant feed G94 F120. F being the feed rate of 1.2mm/min.

That would make sense Medm as i know that the rapid oxidisation is the reason for use of AC whilest tig welding though i would never have thought to apply this to EDM!

was expecting there to have been terminal problems with boards and drives so with being earlier machines...

I bought W0 manuals and Technology earlier this year from fanuc new. they were very helpfull but warned me from the start that there is around a 12 week wait as no stock and print to order on these...
