I just got thru rebuilding the spindle drive unit. I redid the PCB and replaced all transistors, diodes, and caps......replaced the transistor pack and reassembled the drive.....every thing works...

looks like one side of thread is cutting more than the others.....if I raise the RPM of the threading cycle it gets...
Well...machine does this still...every day....after I catch it and home it a few times....then the parts are on size and repeat for 20 hours straight....go figure.
