Yes Jim;
Essentially identical. Even the same bearing specs.
Here is my plan for the custom V/Hz curve:
P2.04 Mid-Point Frequency 267hz
P2.05 Mid-Point Voltage 200v
Reading volts and amps per phase from the VFD. Unfortunately the VFD only allows 50, 60 or 400hz base frequency and if I select 50hz the motor will not spin up, it bumps and growls and the amperage...
Thanks for the reply Jim. I am with you on what you replied but..... No matter what I try for parameters, the only setting that seems to drive the motor smoothly is selecting 400hz for base...
I have a Yaskawa UAASKA-06CA1 spindle I am attempting to drive with a Durapulse GS3 VFD. The spindle motor is 4 pole and not permanent magnet. The data plate as well as online specs say nothing...
Wanted: Acu-Rite ENC150 Read Head .5?m (.000020")
I am in need of a read head for an Acu-Rite ENC150 Linear scale. I need the .5?m resolution version.
Please contact me with what you have....
Had more time to think about this........ Here is what I'd like to do:
I too think it can be HAL only. I'd like to build a spring loaded strain gauge contact point. I can then easily...
Your questions got me to dig into the (very basic) users manual. I found that Mahr claims a constant 1N gauging force. The small DC gearmotor is attached to the metal band drive via a slip...
Done quite a bit of searching....... I have a 24" Mahr Motorized Height Gauge that I would like to retrofit to LinuxCNC. The existing glass scale is damaged and I cannot get repair parts from...
I recently bought a Mahr 24" height gauge. It had been damaged in the past and Mahr tells me they do not have a replacement glass scale for it. I would like to retrofit it with a new scale and a...
